Return Eligibility

Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Sale items are not eligible for returns.

- Enter your order number (with #) in the comment and your email address.
- Let us know the item(s) you wish to return.
- Choose whether you want a Return or Store Credit for each item.
- We will respond to you as soon as possible regarding the next steps for your return.

* You are responsible for the postal fee of sending item(s) back to us for a return. 

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you choose to ship the item back, please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure safe delivery.

Item Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return criteria. You’ll be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your return.

Refund Process

- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exclusions

Beau Activewear does not accept exchanges. Returns are allowed for eligible items as outlined in this policy, but exchanges for orders are not permitted.
